Ennovate is a UAE-registered financial advisory firm founded in 2018 by two senior finance professionals with 25+ years each across banking, Big 4 consulting, and C-suite leadership in the GCC.


We work exclusively with family-owned businesses, holding companies, and institutional investors who need senior advisory capacity for M&A transactions, portfolio rationalization, operational restructuring, and deal origination.

Situation
Phase 1: founding partners needed to exit. Phase 2, three years later: 15 portfolio companies and no clear view on where to invest, fix, or sell.
What We Did
Phase 1: valued stakes, negotiated exit terms, managed the separation. Phase 2: applied our Gates Methodology across all 15 businesses and produced a board-level roadmap.
Result
Clean partner exit in Phase 1. A clear KEEP / FIX / EXIT plan for the group in Phase 2, with specific actions and a sale timeline.

Regional Insurance Group

Situation
A large group wanted to exit a non-core insurance operation. Shared systems, intercompany balances, and a regulator that needed managing.
What We Did
Separated the entity's financials, built a standalone investment case, ran a competitive multi-bidder process, and led negotiations through to signed deal.

Co-founded Ennovate in 2018. Former C-suite executive in regional banking across Qatar, Kuwait, KSA, and Jordan, covering strategy, finance, and transformation. Director at Arthur Andersen across the US, Europe, and GCC. Combines financial advisory experience with a strong technology and transformation background. Based in the GCC since 2001.
